How to place an order

You can place an order online:

  1. Login to our online store.
  2. Choose any category and pick any item you’d like to order.
  3. Review your orders in shopping cart and submit your order when it’s done.
  4. You can pay the total by clicking “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” on view cart page.

Payment Methods

To make shopping with PosterFix® as simple as possible we accept a wide range of payment methods including bank transfer or all major credit and debit cards through the PayPal electronic payment system.

All orders are taken securely via our payment provider’s secure server and for your added security we do not store your card details.

Shipping costs

We can ship our products worldwide. For many countries you can obtain an accurate delivery price at the checkout, but for some destinations you may need to contact us for a delivery quote before order or place your order and receive a quote afterwards. Delivery charges are based on the size and weight of your order.

Returns

We want you to be happy with the products you receive from us. If your items fail to arrive in good condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will be happy to assist you.

We carefully check our products before despatch and do our best to pack them safely and securely to prevent damage in transit. However, due to the fragile nature of some of our products, damages can sometimes occur.

In the rare event that you receive an item that has been damaged in transit by our courier, we will be happy to arrange a replacement if you contact us by telephone (+34918831811) within 24 hours of receipt. We will require you to provide us with images of the damaged item(s).

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can write us a claim with the details within 15 days of receipt. You can return unworn items within 30 days with of receipt with a valid receipt for a full refund and the Company’s prior written consent.

Please note that returns are subject to some terms and conditions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the Customer shall be responsible for returning the Goods to the Company; this includes the cost of returning the Goods.

The Company will refuse to accept any Goods returned to the Company without prior permission. Custom-made or modified products are non-returnable. This includes printed and branded Goods.

PosterFix® reserves the right to change this Return Policy at any time.

Delivery term

We hold considerable stocks of best selling products and we can often despatch these on the day we receive the order, for next day delivery (24-48 hours).

Delivery will generally take place within 3 to 5 working days of the order being placed. Please discuss any particular delivery requirements with us. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted.
